I have been following Pam for some time now and I can tell you: she trains unbelievably hard. She does some moves on the smith machine, and some plyometric exercises that are in the top level of difficulty. These are basically only possible if you are superbly conditioned and extremely strong. She is also very consistent in her training which is what this level of, basically faultless physical condition demands. Try these exercises yourselves (check out the some of the many insta**** clips).
I have the highest respect for her. She's a top class athlete by any standard.

Hearing this about her workouts makes her even more amazing to me. To think she only started training just over a year ago. Hope she keeps up the good work and gets rewarded for it in future competitions if she chooses to do contests.

Training once a week. Nope, not remotely true. She's phenomenal in every way but what we have here is not magic in any way. She is with her trainer daily, in the gym, with weekends off. There will be periods such as when she is with her family, out of town over Christmas when that happens. Otherwise, she maintains a high gym presence. Probiotica and the various other brands for which she is a spokes-model require that. What you're looking at is the sheer grind of consistency, hard work and a tough diet; and obviously good genetics. No oddball silicone and synthol injections, no implants (standards that are applicable to competition are also applicable to brand representation). Training-wise, it's been longer than a year - she has been hammering away at her physique for 4 or 5 years now, since 2009 basically. She trains to get growth/conditioning response from three, four or five principles: volume for maximum capillary volumisation, burn response, single limb for non-complementary isolation, full amplitude and plyometric methods. You'll see that better known athletes like Angela Borges and Kirley Suenia train like this but tons of other lesser known ones listed her in this index do too because of the influence of guru trainers such as Ricardo Panain, Waldemar Guimares, Thomas Aragao and Fabio Chiodini. There's more science, more commitment and better results coming from the Brazilian scene than anywhere else in the world right now. The real power of it is how it is changing mainstream tastes and lifestyles there, unlike the physical culture (iron) game elsewhere in the world which for both men and women is still struggling to emerge from a subculture.
