Ellen Van Maris - offseason training profile

I am guessing this is from 1988 or thereabouts.  Ellen Van Maris is shown looking dense as hell and moving some weight in the gym during upper body lifts.  Even though she is offseason, you can see she kept pretty decent conditioning.  Her delts and chest are amazing and she just looks athletically massive.  There is a brief interview too, and a nice opening of her jogging in tight leggings.
