Let me answer my own question... since I got no answers, I decided to take one for the team :)
Lora / Lauren is not going to compete this year but she says she'll stay in a shape that's around 12 weeks out from a competition - so not much in the way of vascular action going on currently but boy is she thick and hard. As her profile says, she's a physique competitor - but in-person she's impressively big. Although she's all-round sexy - for me it's probably her delts and tri's that stick in my memory... oh and glutes... and calves... great guns too... broad back... flaring lats.... kissable guns... so actually, like I said, she's a complete package.
Lora is very pretty too - a face I would snap my head around to look at if she walked past me in the street... beauty in a door next girl sense I think... lovely eyes... all topped-off with a cute Montreal accent.
The fact she's 24 years younger than me... and yet vastly more powerful than me, was icing on the cake.
She instructed me to measure her calves, quads and guns with her tape measure... and then she reciprocated. Needless to say... I lost.

Lauren was a great experience and very professional. She accommodated me with what I asked for her to wear. She also was gracious to manage to find a way to see me even if she didn’t get the apartment on time. Overall I will see her again and I reccomend her to anyone. Great attitude and beautiful smile.

I have been doing sessions for quite some time and I really only session with a select few and let me just say Lora is now on my list. I will most definitely see her again when she travels back my way! Setting up the session was easy and her communication was great and professional. She really wants to know what you are looking for in a session so you enjoy your time together. On my initial email she happened to be booked up but was able to somehow squeeze me into her already busy schedule (and I am glad she did). I saw Lauren a couple weeks ago when she was in LA. It was my first session with her, and I think it's safe to say she is in my top 3 all time, current or retired. I've been doing sessions for quite a while, and I've seen some of the fan favorites on this site. I think she is the only current session girl I will find a way to see when she is in town, no matter what. My preferences are for muscle worship, and maybe a bit of light (very light!) fantasy wrestling or domination. I typically gravitate towards larger women. But I've found that when guys are all gushing like you are about Lauren, and you've got a chance to see her, you should go for it. Kayla Woods and Tapered Physique get similar reviews. You don't get that kind of praise checking the standard boxes. You'll get solid reviews, but given the disparity of tastes among us, getting this kind of universal acclaim requires a woman to have that elusive X-factor. It could be physical or mental, and in Lauren's case it's both.
From a muscle worship perspective, the longer I spent with her, the more I found to appreciate. She's got a slight frame, but proportionately, there's a lot of muscle on it. She's not a mass monster, but on her those fourteen inch arms are impressive. Physique-wise, she's perfect. I prefer a natural chest, but if you're going to get implants, hers are right sized. Big enough to get attention, without looking like a cartoon character.
Personality-wise she's also a 10. She strikes me as a genuinely sweet individual. She said she likes her clients, and I believe she's sincere. She's been described as very sensual. Well, I got an early birthday present!
Lauren decided to add Los Angeles to her California trip after all. I have her booked next week for muscle worship, and maybe some very very light fantasy wrestling. Not sure if my email influenced her to add SoCal, but in any case, "ask and ye shall receive". Ok, it IS in fact an autoresponder, so if you don't get that it means your emails aren't getting through. I reached out from a different address and got the auto-reply right away and have since been in touch with her directly.

Yes, after checking the email it even says "automatic reply" right at the top. But when I have emailed her, I don't always get it. So I would imagine she sets it up when she is travelling, and turns it on and off as needed. So it is certainly possible if you email her and you don't get it, that your emails aren't going through, or that hers aren't getting through to you. So check your spam folder, and maybe try from a different account. But it is also possible that she has auto-reply off, and either she missed your email, or decided not to reply, like if she is fully booked or isn't taking new clients at that moment. Or that you didn't follow her instructions, which she has in her profile and are pretty specific. It's frustrating, I know, I went through this for years with Arekah and never got a chance to see her. Still haunts me to this day...
My communication with Lauren has always been really good, but I am a returning client, and she says she gives us priority over new clients.
Anyway, I can absolutely say that she is worth the extra effort, and good luck to everyone trying to book with her.. My session is coming up soon, and I can't wait!

Based on subsequent emails I assume she has it turned on to where the auto reply only gets sent out to an email address once, which is of course smart.
She's been quick to respond but a bit shy on details just because her schedule seems a bit fluid, which I get - but I'm left with the feeling that if the timing works out I'll be in good hands which is nice. Sometimes via email you get that 'man, I'm about to get scammed/screwed" kind of vibe and it is 100% not at all that with her.

I had my Session with Goddess Lauren, and she did not disappoint. It was muscle worship and massage for 2 hours. It was also everything I could have hoped for. This is my third session with Lauren, so the comfort and familiarity is there. She remembered past conversations, my preferences, etc. She was fun, engaging, and flirty at first, and it got progressively more intimate and sensual. I won't give too many details here, but suffice to say we scheduled a second session on the same trip, (which she ultimately had to cancel, unfortunately), but I have never even thought about 2 sessions in one trip before Lauren. First, thank you, it's amazing to read you, as I remember pretty much each session it's very nice to have to read and have pleasant memories. I miss you guy. This May help understand some of your questions. My visa only allows me to stay 180days in the USA per year. Immigration is "counting 365 backwards" meaning that I will get some free days coming up in august. I know about returning home "touching base" in your country "reset" but that's not the law and I always play by the book with immigration.
I am not based in USA, NY. But it's the city I visit the most. I post as if, for the same reason that I prefer to not show my face. which is to make sure I don't get in trouble at the borders. so please, be respectful use DM with each other instead of trying to have my name on the field. I totally get the desire to know who you're going to meet and I never really had any problem, most of you, if not all, are very respectful. Also know, on the other side that girls also have a strong connections. NB. Border agents DO look into muscular girls travel and some got banned because of this mistake. When I am available at home, I post in travel section for Montreal BUT I find that the scene in Montreal usually don't want to pay as much as USA and I find it unrespectful to my client in USA to have a different pricing in Canada. Alright dear worshippers! here I am. I don't know why I'm having trouble finding my tread nowadays. Anyone could explain to me as I'm not exactly an expert on saradas!
All that being said is true. I did struggle with addiction in the past year. As you know, session has always been a time for me to connect with my true essence and feel like myself again without the fear if being judged. We share something wonderfully unique. after being stuck in canada for 6 months due to visa. I guess I got bored and missed the high I get doing sessions. I don't have any issue or unresolved trauma, I just like to be productive and got the illusion drug could be a good deal. 🙄 oh well... I thought about getting into rehab but truthfully I can be a long stretch without using so I don't see the benefits of postponing my gainzs and being stuck with other users as we I strongly believe we are the sum of the 5th people we spend the most time with. Going there would have made me a drug addict, One is temporary struggle, the other is a identity shift. That is also why I didn't travel. As much as money is needed I refused to work under the influence and bring something negative into my fantasy world. I am now much better knowing I'll be back soon and as you book please be confident that I keep the same level of standards and deposit will continue to be kept separately in case of cancellation. I don't play punzy and I give you my words of honour I will be the same honest and reliable person ive always been. it's an expensive hobby and you deserve my full attention. It would be extremely disrespectful and by any means if it even happens, ask for your money back and leave. If i wanted this to be part of my life i would have not expose myself on social media. You become my liability insurance parther when I travel and I count on you to be aware and vigilant. That being said, i highly doubt it will be an issus.. I take it very seriously and work with a therapist to prevent any short coming. If you sent a donation to support my recovery, either via paypal or gofundme, I'd be happy to send you my receipts. In other words I am currently not jacked up, softer look but couldn't hide my muscles even with a jacket on. I am doing my best to add more muscle, if you're a abs fan, you'll have to wait. You'd have to ask her for pics because she hasn't posted anything in recent memory. She's a fairly professional person when it comes to this stuff and isn't any kind of scam artist. I don't think she's the type who would take your money and show up in bad shape, but still, it's best to ask her for pics or to confirm. Just consider the fact that she's been out of the game for awhile.

I'm now back at 160lbs using minimal compound to make sure my health is in a good spot after my reckless behaviours. I look wonderful if you ask me, curvy at the right place, beautiful lines, no abs showing but far from being fat. I'd say very decent offseason being off. In other words I am currently not jacked up, softer look but couldn't hide my muscles even with a jacket on. I am doing my best to add more muscle, if you're a abs fan, you'll have to wait.
I met her pre-pandemic and leapt at the opportunity to see her a few weeks ago. Glad to report she's happy and healthy looking. Her self-description above is dead-on. Compared to the single profile pic, she's a little smoother, a little smaller, but close enough that it's still a fair representation. More importantly, she still gives the same great session that earned her all those accolades.

To my knowledge, she's never traveled outside the US and Canada for sessions. But you'll have to ask her to be sure. If you don't get a response, that's the same as "No".

I did a session with Goddess Lauren recently; pasting a review I left on sessiongirls.com here.
Lauren is gorgeous, incredibly strong, and naturally dominant. I'm tall and in decent shape and she had no trouble whatsoever pinning me and trapping me in whatever hold she wanted. Her scissors were tight and powerful. I've done five sessions in total now; this was the best one I've had by far. She is also very kind and made me feel very comfortable for the session (I was a bit nervous going in, despite having done a few sessions before). Lauren was easy to communicate with and setting up the session was easy as well. I could not recommend her more highly.

Belated review, but saw Goddess Lauren earlier this month. All the praise is warranted--great body, friendly, and easy communication when setting things up. She might not do all the things that others offer, but what she does she does at the highest level. Very much hope to see her again, which is the best compliment I can give.
On a side note, she changed hotels just after arriving to a place less high end (but still nice) and more conducive to sessions, which is an indicator of the care she puts into this. Anyway, big positive to have someone realize there's a happy medium between the Ritz and Airbnb-ing a flop house.

I reached out to Lauren last time she visited my city and was disappointed that she had no available times for me. She wrote me a while back that she was returning. That's right, she contacted me, someone she hadn't met, to let me know I would have a chance to see her this time. That amount of schedule organization is very rare.
Email communication was prompt and more than friendly. The deposit was 50% of her fee, but it was easy to arrange. She kept in contact until the date of our encounter with detailed instructions to find her in her four star hotel.
The session that followed was truly excellent. Her physique is amazing. Big and hard muscle, out of competition look, and she is very strong. Her attitude is unusual as she remembers email communication and tries to make it happen for you. She asks a few questions for clarification, but as someone said above, she is intuitive. Everything went as well as I hoped, within the limits that are clear from the posts in this thread.
This was not a wrestling session. Lauren has a way about her that left me disarmed. I didn't want to do anything but make her happy. It was very much like a session with Predator, another Canadian woman who retired. She just took control and I went along with her direction.

Saw her a few months ago. Top tier. Elite. Super intuitive, which is important to me. She clearly remembered my email and after a brief intro she ran the show to above and beyond. Pretty huge and cut IMO. Not super lean, but veins and abs were kind of showing. Perhaps my best session? Would highly recommend to anyone if she is visiting your town or is nearby.

Had the pleasure of seasoning with her yesterday and what a treat! This area I live in rarely gets any travel from girls doing sessions so I usually end up having to travel a bit, or get lucky and set up a session while I am traveling myself for work, etc. I think I ended up driving about 2.5 hours (5 hour round trip) to session with Goddess Lauren and it was more than worth it. As soon as you walk in the room I promise you’ll immediately be taken aback by her - her physique, her looks, all the above. She isn’t in contest condition by any means but I think her sessiongirls profile says she has an 8-10 weeks out look and I’d say that very accurate. Still fairly lean with muscles that pop. Our session was more domination style wrestling where she put me in all kinds of scissorholds, chokes, etc. incredibly strong btw… I got the sense that sometimes she was just toying with me and I was still tapping out eventually (and her reverse headscissor omg good luck lasting in that when she cranks up the pressure). She enjoys flexing as well and even let me touch and massage her incredible physique. We arm wrestled and I was able to beat her left handed (I’m a lefty and have never lost on that side so no shame on her lol) but she was able to put me down righty after a bit of a struggle which is not very common. I’m a bigger guy that strength trains pretty regularly so that should tell you enough about how strong she is. Overall just a top tier elite session. She really makes you comfortable too even as she clearly lets you know who is in charge. You can tell she really enjoys doing sessions too and I think that really helps the overall experience. I’ve had sessions in the past with girls that looked great or were very strong, but I could just tell they really weren’t into the session, and solely did it as just a way of income. Like I said, Goddess Lauren is the opposite, and it definitely contributes to the entire session being that much better. Couldn’t recommend her enough! If she’s in your area (or within a reasonable drive of you) then I HIGHLY encourage you take up the opportunity to set up a session with her. You will not regret it.

Her IG looks like a “normal” person’s page. It doesn’t look like a typical BBer IG. There’s nothing showing her physique. Regardless, her SG pics are pretty representative of what she looks like these days.

I think she is bigger than her sessiongirls pictures. Her waist is tight and her abs are defined, but not as sharply as in her profile photo. I want to say her arms and thighs are bigger, bit there is one photo there where her right biceps look very big. I also forgot to mention earlier that her skin is very soft for a bodybuilder.
But again, her personal demeanour is what makes her sessions so amazing. As much as I enjoy objectifying her for her fantastic physique and beautiful appearance, it is who she is and what she brings to the encounter that sets her apart from other session providers.

I'm pretty sure she is gearing up for the show season this year so she should look about half way to contest shape. I saw her in December of 2019 in somewhat off-season shape, and again just before she competed at the Olympia in 2021. For the later session, she told me she had been in near contest shape for the past 6 months! Her physique is second to none. She is one of my top 2 sessions, the other being Brenda R., and I've been sessioning for over two decades. And, she loves being worshipped. I know a lot of mongers say that about sessionettes, but for Lauren she really does love the attention. You can never go wrong with Lauren.

I know I'm late to post about my session with Goddess Lauren but here I go. On Feb. 7th I had a session with Goddess Lauren. It was truly a outstanding. First we met at a location where she wanted to meet and greet at. So I emailed her I was at the location. She emailed back saying she was on her way there. When she was walking in the distance all I could of seen how huge she looked. All I could of said was WOW!!! I was stunned and shocked. (Yes it was my first time ever seeing a female bodybuilder) Then we went to the hotel where we did a muscle worship session. Her muscles were well defined. She wasn't on season but with how well I seen the definition of her muscles. She looked like she was. Her abs were visible a little bit. But I still could of feel how rock solid it was. Her biceps, triceps, and shoulders was rock hard. When I tried to put one of my hands around her bicep. I couldn't use only one I had to use both. Lol. Then when she flexed her quads. Her quads looked magnificent. All in all even though this was my first session ever. I give the session with Goddess Lauren a 100 out of 100. The only bad thing with the session was it was an hour long. I should have did a 2 or 3 hour session. If she ever comes back to New Orleans. It will definitely be more than an hour longer next time. If she goes to your area. Do not miss out on seeing her you will regret it.
