"Subtitled 'A Great Lifting Session', the 5'5" 180 pound Dawn goes through a series of grueling strength demonstrations, though none involve equipment in the gym. Instead, she uses a human barbell for squats, leg lifts, toe raises (one leg at a time) and she even lifts him overhead - easily. In between the lifting scenes she hits the bodybuilding shots (featuring 17" arms) in several different outfits. This was taped in 1994, and Dawn is still on the bodybuilding competitive scene today."
