At 5'2" and a very cut 143 pounds at contest time, and a very full and power-packed 170 pounds off-season, Amelia is in the very elite class of muscular development- and we have both 'looks' here on this video! Leading off with her in contest shape at the time of the 1997 Jan Tana, she hits her unreal shots in bikini, dress and short-shorts. We then move to her off-season look in early 1998, where she shows off 17" biceps and calves and 27" thighs. Also included is some very heavy lifting in the gym (we wont tell you how high she went on the leg press after she did 8 reps with 1300 pounds....) and an interview. Also included are her Jan Tana contest routines from 1994 through the 1997 show. Bottom line: Amelia one of the best women bodybuilders of all time, complete with killer looks as well, and this is one of our best videos ever.
