I am a hardcore Canadian female bodybuilder from St. John's, NL. I began lifting weights at the age of 16 when I was only a mere 95 lbs. I was determined at that young age to become bigger and stronger. Now more than 20 years later, I am still lifting weights and have more than doubled my bodyweight. My offseason weight is currently 200 lbs. I entered my fisrt bodybuilding competition in 2001. Weighing only 110 lbs I won my weight class and the overall title at the NLABBA provincial Newfoundland and Larbador Bodybuilding Championships (www.nlabba.com). I no longer compete provincially, but I am still actively involved as a judge with the NLABBA where I began my bodybuilding career. My last competition was in August 2010 at the CBBF Canadian Nationals (www.cbbf.ca). I weighed 150 lbs on stage and placed 5th in the heavyweight masters division. My next competiton is coming up in October 2011. I am working hard with my trainer Kristian Alexander to reach my goal of competing at 170 lbs and winning an IFBB pro card at the 2011 CBBF Canadian National Bodbybuilding Championships.

Best Lifts
Flat Bench = 275 lbs
Shoulder Press = 230 lbs
Barbell Rows = 385 lbs
Squats = 385 lbs
Barbell Curls = 135 lbs

Current Stats
Height = 5'3" (and a bit)
Offseason Weight = 185 - 205 lbs
Contest Weight = 150 - 175 lbs
Arms = 17.5"; Forearms = 14"; Chest = 45"
Quads = 28"; Calves = 17.25"

For those questioning her stats -- take a look at the pics below. That's a big gal and not even in full offseason shape. She clearly has huge pecs and delts, and even bigger arms.

I might add, she looks very sexy to me -- though it seems from the pics that she prefers the company of woman. I'd say it's my loss, but it's not as if I'd ever run into her....

Well, I guess I made an ass out of myself with assumptions. Not that I meant any judgment. My apologies, though, for jumping to conclusions.

She's certainly a very sexy gal. Some girls look good in a nightie -- it flatters them. In Heather's case, I'd say she flatters whatever she's wearing, and those lingerie pics are mind-blowingly hot.
