Sadly, the O[riginal] P[oster] won't be seeing or answering questions anytime soon.
Having downloaded and viewed the collection, I can safely say this is a site-rip of a well-known femuscle fiction site--starts with a "B", ends with "r4wn4", now defunct.

I suspect the *Wayback Machine* was used to access remnants of the site and this collection was assembled from there using 'copy+paste' or similar process. I would have liked to provide a re-cap of the titles in the collection, but that would take more time than I care to spend right now. The link works and you can easily view the contents after DL'ing.
