Keep in mind that she's recovering from a health issue that made it difficult to swallow or breathe. A little over a month ago, she was hospitalized and didn't know when she would be well enough to go home. As you can see, she's home now and looking forward to Christmas. While she doesn't look like she did as recently as a year ago, she looks like she's made great progress since being hospitalized in October.

Looking at her arms and forearms, she doesn't seem to have lost much definition nor size.
