FVC 019 - Carol Semple, Ester Serrano-Cano and Maria Gonzales

With these three (then) established fitness women we move a bit further away from the muscularity aspect, but in the case of Gonzales and Semple they make up for that with their gymnastic ability. Maria had a tight fitness body, lean but with good definition, and what she lacked in 'size' was more that made up for when showing off her strength and balance via handstands, walking on her hands and one arm handstands, among other very impressive lifts. Carol, who became much more muscular and very famous for many years after this session, shows off her strength via moves on the trampoline, parallel bar, rings, handstands and other similar lifts. Esther did not have a gymnastics background, but she did gain a lot of fans when she competed in the 1992 Strong and Shapely Fitness Contest. The Spanish fitness star had great shapes and good definition and hits the shots bodybuilding/fitness style as did the other two women. Three great looking fitness women, nice feminine muscularity and very strong gymnastic moves!
