Pam had been competing in her native Canada for about 10 years, usually winning her class in the recent years, before we caught up with her for this photo/video work in 2007. She was in her 'big' off season shape, checking in at 5'7 and 165 pounds, and was one of the few women we ever did work with who had 17" arms. The 43 year old Toronto resident does some repwork in the gym along with max lifts as well, followed by posing in a leotard and two dresses, then an interview. The posing shows off her very lush physique, particularly her very developed back, triceps and biceps.
