Though we had been aware of Michelle's impressiveness for about 10 years when she was mainly competing in regional shows out west, we finally caught up with her for this video work 10 years later, in 1996, when we had two separate tapings with her. The first was about 2 months out of her 1996 USA Contest, then again at the contest. You would be hard pressed to know which session was which, as at about 5'4" 145 pounds she was in incredible shape both times. At that time she was one of the most muscular women we had done work with- she featured incredible size and density, and was very defined as well. The 40 year old did repwork in the gym as well as maxing out on some lifts, then poses in a nice variety of outfits, closing with her first interview. Though her lower body was very developed, her upper body, particularly her biceps were and still are legendary, and they got even better over the years. In fact, she continued to improve so much, and we saw her at contests so often, she became one of our most frequently taped bodybuilding models.
