Frank's Story - Part 2 by Lomax Chapter 2: "She's Got Rocks"
Frank came into the break room and started filling his coffee cup. "Morning, Frank." Jim and Tony, two cops that had been on the force for awhile were hunched over cups of coffee and donuts. "Morning," Frank muttered. "Hey, you met the new girl yet?" Tony asked. "She's hotter 'n Hell." "Who, Tina? Yeah, I met her. Matter of fact, I'm gonna beat the crap out of her tomorrow night," Frank told them. They both looked at him with strange expressions. "What?" Frank said, irritably. "You got a problem with that? Beating on a girl? She's on the force, isn't she? Got to learn to fight, just like the rest of us." "Uh, Frank. You sure about this...you seen her fight?"
"Yeah, man...she's got rocks."
The latter was Jim speaking. Frank, spilling his coffee, wheeled about. What the hell were they talking about? He had never heard either of these men talking like such wimps. "What the hell are you talking about?!" Frank demanded. Jim shrugged his shoulders. "She sparred with Mike yesterday. Beat him pretty bad. Knocked him out, I guess..." he trailed off, sounding uncertain of the information he was imparting. Knocked Mike out? Frank couldn't believe what he was hearing. Mike was the staff champion, every year. Couple of years ago, in a sparring match, he had beaten Frank so badly that he had to take days off to recuperate. Mike was big, fast and mean. Nobody on the force had ever beaten him in the ring, that Frank could remember. "That's right, she knocked him out. With one punch, too." The door had opened, and Bev, a female officer, was standing there, holding a disk in one hand. "Want to see the video?" "There's a video?" Jim leaped up, knocking over his chair. "This I got to see for myself." The men all followed Bev into the next room. She slid in the disk, and hit "play." "Yeah, Phil videoed it," she told them. Frank raised his eyebrows. Phil was the captain, his boss. Phil was supposed to meet with him soon, to tell him who his new partner would be. Why was Phil videotaping sparring matches?
As the video started to play, Mike appeared, in the ring, wearing boxing shorts, flexing his muscles, weighing in. The scale balanced at 178. Mike was heavily built. he took several jabs at the air, and danced around the ring.
Meanwhile, from the corner, a shadowy shape emerged. Gradually, Frank recognized it as Tina. As she came into focus, though, he involuntarily took in a sharp breath, as he saw her body for the first time. She was wearing a black, sleeveless top that ended just below her ribs, revealing 6 inches of her bare midriff. Stomach muscles stood out in sharp washboard ridges that looked rock-hard. Nowhere was there any remote sign of fat or flab. She walked with a graceful, athletic self-confidence that was both awe-inspiring and incredibly sexy. Her arms, swinging lightly at her sides, bulged with chiseled, stone-hard muscle. Her biceps stood out in frighteningly distinct, hard ridges under the ceiling lights. Her shoulders were molded, as if out of marble. Mike glanced up, saw her, and started visibly, then tried to shake it off, pretend it hadn't happened. But Tina saw, and, smiling at him, flexed her bicep. Mike looked down. Tina stepped on the scale, the ref balaced it, and then intoned "127."
Seconds later, the fight started. As they moved slowly toward each other, Frank found himself replaying his bout with Mike in his mind. He had closed in on Mike, just like that, hit him with a series of sharp jabs, then wheeled to deliver a hook, but got surprised by Mike's fast left uppercut, which hit him in the gut, doubled him over, and all but ended the fight. Mike finished him with a 3-shot sequence to the jaw.
As Frank came back to the present, his vision settled on Tina's hard, muscular back in the forehround of the TV screen. Muscles rippled across her shoulderblade as she hit Mike with a jab to the gut. He reciprocated with one to hers, and was surprised to find that it had no effect. Mike came back with a quick sequence to her stomach, and Tina responded by lifting her arms up high, leaving herself ridiculously wide open. Mike took the bait, plunging at her and putting all of his energy into a right- fisted shot to her stomach.
As he hit her, Tina turned toward the camera and flexed her biceps hard. At the same time, a weird-sounding yelp was heard, and Mike drew back, an expression of pain on his face, clutching his right arm at the elbow.
Tina closed on him quickly, and hit him with a sharp uppercut on the jaw. As Mike's head snapped back and his body crumpled, Bev leaped up to rewind the tape. "Want to see that one again, boys?" No one said anything as she geefully replayed the punch again. As Mike collapsed to the floor, Tina brought her fists over her head and flexed again.
Frank couldn't bring himself to look up. His fight with Tina was scheduled for two weeks hence. And now, he knew that they knew that he knew that he was going to be humiliated - and probably beaten rather badly - by a 19- year-old girl.

Frank's Story - Part 1 by Lomax
Chapter 1: "Encounter at the Track" Frank returns to the force from a long hiatus, and hits the track to start getting back in shape. There, he encounters a young, sexy officer-in- training, who literally runs circles around him.
It was good to be back. Frank had been placed on administrative leave for 2 months, following the disastrous, failed attempt to break up the a notorius drug ring, which ended with Frank's partner, Lon, getting killed by the kingpin, shot him right in front of his face, while two thugs held Frank immobilized, watching, unable to do anything. They let Frank go, on purpose, to chew on his failure and drive home the point that the cops were way over-matched when it came to taking down the city's top drug gang.
But Frank had put all that behind him now. He had gotten over it, recovered, was ready to get back in action. But first, he needed to get back in shape. As he jogged over to the track, he noticed a grl there he didn't recongnize. She had long, dark hair that swept down across her shoulders. She looked up as Frank approached. She was a knockout! Her grey/ green eyes seemed to measure Frank. As she stood up, he saw she had an hourglass figure, full of all the right curves, but with an athletic hardness to her. Her bare thighs bulged with power, and her calf muscles stood out as she bent over to stretch. She was wearing a long-sleeve thermal top - it was a chilly day - and tight shorts that revealed every curve of her legs.
Frank said hello, and introduced himself, beginning his own stretching routine. "What's your name? You new to the dept?" She extended a hand and they shook. "I'm Tina. I'm an officer-in- training. Just finishing my 6 weeks."
So - she had been on since Frank had been gone...Frank's train of thought was suddenly interrupted, as he realized she was talking to him. "Want to race?" She smiled, a bit flirtatiously, Frank thought. Was this young hottie coming on to him? If so, he was game! "Sure, why not?" Frank smiled back.
As they started the run around the 800-meter track, Frank was surrpised that Tina took off in a sprint, quickly accelerating ahead of him. Whatever, he thought. She'll run out of energy in no time - be lucky if she even finishes ...I'll blow by her when she runs out of gas and slows down. As he kept running at a steady pace, however, Tina didn't slow down. If anything, she seemed to explode into an even stronger sprint. By the time Frank had reached the half-way point, breathing much more heavily than he wanted to, Tina was far ahead of him. She was closing in on the finsh line - and she showed no sign of slowing. What the hell! Frank thought. She snowed me! She's in shape, probably been running this thing every day for the past six weeks - knew I wouldn't be expecting her to run it hard...he made up his mind it was no big deal. So a girl out-ran him. It was only because he didn't try to really race. If he had wanted to, he could have beat her. Frank slowed his pace to a jog to finish the lap, as Tina was crossing the finish line. She looked back at him, and their eyes met.
Then, to Frank's surprise, she kept running, and picked up her pace, hitting a hard sprint. What was she doing? Frank picked up his pace a little and kept glancing over at Tina. She was running hard, her legs pumping, her thigh muscles bulging with power. He had never seen a woman - girl, really! - run so fast. She didn't really run like a girl. Nonetheless, there was something indescribably and overwhelmingly sexy about the athleticism of her body as she moved. Suddenly, it dawned on Frank what Tina was doing: she was trying to lap him! By the time the realization sunk in, she was almost half way around her second lap, and he still had a quarter length to go! She was gaining on him fast.
His heart pounding in his chest, Frank started to sprint with all he had - there was no way a girl was going to lap him. He was out of shape, though. His breath was coming in huge gasps, and his legs refused to obey him. When he glanced back over his shoulder, he could no longer see Tina - which meant she was coming up behind him.
The end point was just up ahead. Frank focused, concentrated his all into a final sprint. On getting there. No matter what, he could not lose. His arms and legs pumped as he put everything he had into the motion. His heart was pounding wildly - he could hear almost nothing. He was only steps away, when Tina passed him in a blur. With a leap of joy in her double victory, she pumped her fists in the air and laughed.
"Out of shape?" she mocked him, as he came up, breathing very heavily, and drenched in sweat. To his amazement, Tina wasn't breathing hard at all.
Frank didn't know what to say, so he settled for "good run." He could feel the blood rush into his face. He was completely spent. She, by comparison, looked fresh, energized. "You know, Frank," Tina offered, by way of explanation, "I work out. Lift weights. Run. A lot. Every day." She gripped his upper arm. "You obviously don't. No offense." What the hell?! "That's got nothing to do with this!" Frank exploded. "I just wasn't expecting a real race!" Tina smiled at him. "Oh, really? You want to do it again?"
Frank was really getting steamed. The bitch! Do it again?! He felt like punching her. His anger rose to the surface, got the best of him. "Again, huh? I've got a better idea - how about a different event - how about 3 rounds in the Ring? You want to try a Man's sport?"
Tina smiled at him. Again, her glance travelled over his body, seeming to check him out. His glance traveled to her muscular legs. Her thigh muscles looked rock hard. She obviously DID work out. "Well, where I come from, running used to be a man's sport, too. But, OK, 3 rounds. You got it."
As Frank walked away, red from a combination of humiliation and anger - he wasn't sure which - he regretted his impulsiveness. 3 rounds with a girl? What was he thinking?
