No, the original poster had it right, she's identified onscreen as Elena Kurakova.  Here's her full segment (parts of it are repeated in slow motion, not sure if that was part of the original broadcast)-

Tatyana Ionenko was also in the same contest (1995 IFBB European Championships), but she was in the heavyweight division, Elena was middleweight.
