About Me
I have been involved in fitness, training, nutrition, wellness, and the ‘Mind-Body’ connection for over 23 years.
I was born in Limoges, France and currently live and work in the US, where I specialize in helping high achieving professionals to sculpt their bodies and improve their lives.
Personally, I have a wide range of fitness experience. Not only have I competed in judo, sambo, wrestling, skiing, Olympic and power lifting, but I have also won awards as a professional bodybuilder.
One sport has never been enough for me as an athlete, personal trainer, and coach!
As a coach and trainer, I have spent time as the assistant to French Olympic athletes in the sport of bobsled, karate, swimming, archery, skiing and ice skating. In addition, I’ve worked with a professional world boxing middleweight champion on conditioning and guiding nutrition to improve her speed, flexibility and power.
Now, all the tools that I have studied and mastered during my lifetime are available to you and your body; to make your impossible, possible.
Together, we’ll create a stronger, healthier, more balanced, more muscular you. We’ll use a range of techniques to help add muscle mass and to trim body fat. We will improve your self image and self esteem making your exercise experience rewarding and enjoyable.
You’ll feel better physically and mentally. You’ll feel less stressed, less blocked, and a lot more positive.
I’ll educate and motivate you to reach your optimal fitness potential, and help you to continue reaching it on your own. My goal is to give you the knowledge and tools for a lifetime of health and fitness – no matter where life may take you.
