I have ESPN and a Canadian TV coverage video of this contest.
Does any one know how I can upload it to MEGA and then download it to Saradas?

Just go to https://mega.nz/ and create a free account. You'll have 20 GB free space.
You can just upload your videos and share here download link with download key. Very simple.
