Oh I'm sure she is stronger and heavier now, the weights and the scales don't lie.  As far as "feeling" it, it's hard to say since we both grew significantly over the last 3 years.

Hah, no Inst@gram pictures at our ages!  I will try to post updates here though of her progress.  She has some pictures up at the Girlswithmuscle site under the name DamageControl's Wife.

Left is 6 years ago in her late 30's, right is now in her mid 40's.  I nominated her for Girl of the Week at the GirlsWithMuscle site, so if you want to you could vote for her (or against her if you like someone else).

Big week!  After 3+ years of lifting, she has officially gained 3 inches on her arms.  She's now curling 80 lbs for 12 reps.

how much weight did she gain ?

She's still up a total 25 lbs or so.  But body fat % keeps dropping.  She started at about 30% body fat, now down to 20%.  So, she gained a lot more muscle.
