How do you want to encourage her? From her competition clips which are on the internet, it looks as she always had huge muscle mass, much more than anyone else competing with her, but lacking the conditioning which these days judges want to see.

the most muscular dont be in the final 6  Monique in the 5th place i think she be in 4th place or 3th place Margie in 2th place its fine Helle was more ripped simetry and mass now she and Margie are a twice Champion Kristina she have a great mass only need more defination and organization conciderate for made class for height and weigth Irene,Robin,Monique,Nicki are tall in compariton of small girls look skiny but put Monique, Irene,Nicki in the top 6 was good.

I’m happy for Irene Anderson. She’s been competing for a long time and it seems like she never finishes higher than 7th or 8th at these big shows.

I think she’s 52 or 53 and she was in the best shape of her life at this show. She has a big/long frame that she never seemed to be able to totally fill out, but this was probably the closest she’s come to actually doing that.

She beat a lot of women have been placing ahead of her for many years now. Congrats to Irene.

I have to agree. Her quads looked like she needed to push out some water. And she really need to work on her back. She has next year to make her improvements.

It's almost as if the 15-20 year head start other women have means nothing.  Kristina is only 27 years old.  Check back with me in 7-8 years.
