Well... Here is a link to Kellie Everts, who claims to be "The Progenitor of Female Bodybuilding" in the 1970s. It is a long story from 2004 with plenty of pics and mentions Lisa Lyon. Kellie's name is now Rasa Von Werder and she's in her 80s now.
I saw her twice live, once in a red, white and blue bikini in a float during the 1976 Bicentennial celebrations in NYC and she almost stopped the parade. The second time was on the old 42nd Street a couple of years later, at a featured stripper in an old-fashioned burlesk house.
