Happy  38th Birthday to Marina 7th March.

It is also 13 years since her class win at the 2010 Arnold Amateur FBB contest, and 12 years since her 2011 Arnold Amateur class win when she was at her career best shape and size ( photo's in slide show).  Those were the days when the Arnold Ohio contests supported female muscle.  And the day's Marina spent her birthdays in the USA ! 

2023 will see Marina concentrate on her power lifting. Last year saw her bench press 105kg, which was just 5 kg short of her best in 2011 of 110kg. Size wise, last year Marina was approaching her 2011 size, remarkable after years of accidents and illness that have slowed her progress.

Maxing out in 2022, as Marina strains to pack on muscle and regain the size and strength  she had in 2010 and then even more size in 2011.
She will focus on powerlifting in 2023, and is within 5 or 10kg of the 115kg she lifted in benchpress during 2011.
Very good since bones in her arm and leg are held together with metal rods since her accident in 2013.

Marina "LATS"  Lemenovskaya Schermer, picture 1 is stunning. Incredible to see when Marina spreads those lats to their maximum on stage, from the front her lat detail is possibly the best in Physique, and from the back they are like wings. Her back is still incredibly dense even when she is at full spread, all her back detail is still visible during a full lat spread.
