Arriving at my mid 30’s, I look back with so much gratitude. 👇🏻I spent my 20’s finishing my studies and managing the Hospitality Industry. I worked several hotels, restaurants, became a Sommelier level 1, and thought my life would be all about Food & Beverage.Just to arrive at my 30s and change my career to live and breathe Health & Fitness. I managed 24 Hour Fitness in Downtown Los Angeles, worked with Anderson Silva Team who became a family to me, and moved to Las Vegas to lead the Nutrition Department of Wellness and Anti-Aging Clinic, @agelessforeverlv  After 15 years going from Studying to Working Visas, and green cards, I became a US Citizen (alleluia!) I got my IFBBPRO card in women’s physique during this time too which to me was a huge accomplishment given the little time I had to give to training.
