Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Wellness is for women who compete or have competed in these divisions. Asian, Brazilian. Ebony and Russian athletes have boards that are for all competitive divisions.

Latin America and the Caribbean Female Bodybuilding & Physique is for competitors from Latin America and the Caribbean who compete in Bodybuilding and Physique only. Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Wellness competitors should be shared in the Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Wellness section. The only exception is Brazilian.

Muscle Women/Girls "Next Door," Amateurs, Unknown and/or Miscellaneous Female Muscle is for muscular women who don't compete or have yet to compete. You can post toned models in the Hot Models section

The benefits that only this sport can give is for any athlete who took up the sport or started competing at age 50 and older. You can also post galleries for women who haven't competed in years, and don't have an existing thread.

Please post clickable thumbnailed images 300px and larger only. Full sized images are not allowed and can be deleted without notice. We have tutorials sticky posted in all the picture sharing sections.

We also don't allow hotlinked images from other blogs and forums.
