Both are awesome, but Nat is on another level!

Nataliya is a true 'strength athlete'. She held world records in Powerlifting and more particularly in Single Arm Lifting in her early twenties.

Single arm lifting uses a 'Rolling Thunder' hand grip, which gives the additional challenge of high grip strength, required to prevent the large diameter handle from turning during the lift.

Many bodybuilding ladies build big muscles but have little strength, Nataliya has both, thighs often in the 31" range, and upper arms at 21" with huge forearms which give her that high grip strength.

Her unusual strength has been achieved through her total commitment to heavy training. Her machines are usually used at 'full stack' often with extra dumbbells added on top of those stacks.

I have seen video of her working a full stack on a quad machine for multiple reps, and the machine's swivel shaft moving upwards under the acute strain, this movement then transferred to the upright weight frame which can be seen moving over sideways with each upward thrust from her overpowering thighs.

What a woman - we are lucky to have such an unassuming beauty gracing our pages, and feeding our DIVERSE appetites!  xxx
