Some training weights

Push up wide 35,  Push up close 25,  one arm push up 3 -5

Benchpress start at 35 Kg 12 rep and end at 45 kg 8 rep

Benchdips with weight on belly. 15  rep

Flys with two  dumbbel 15 kg 12 rep assisted 20 Kg 8 rep flys on cable 20 kKg 10 rep
