Why and when you are caught with bodybuilding?
During my training as a physical education teacher, I have made the first training experiences.
I was motivated to competitive bodybuilding by Thilo in 2006.
Other sports in front of your bodybuilding career?
12 years show dance, fitness and aerobic classes.
Favored foods for weight reduction?
In the contest prep I am feeding my low-carb.
Favorite food after a game?
Outside of the competition season
I pay attention to my diet, but also like to eat unhealthy views of all kinds
Favorite aerobic activities?
I give 5-6 classes a week to spare me the long aerobic units.

How many calories you take daily to you?
I never count calories, in preparing the mirror shows how much can be eaten out of season is one of the well-being.
If you were to win 1 million Euro, what would you do with it?
Thilo and let me have more free time and a long vacation without stress, diet and training.
What would you like to change in this sport?
The acceptance of women's bodybuilding, because we are hard-training athletes, not just the decorative part of a BB event.
What do you do in your spare time?
With my partner relax and read.

What are your future athletic goals?
My goals are to continue to improve myself and stay healthy for a long time to have fun in this sport.
Your training schedule for the week?
During contest prep I train 6x a week in the whole body in super sets.
Can you tell us to list a typical daily routine in your life?
9:00 work until noon, home after lunch / errands / household
Afternoon on the second layer / rate to 21.00 after training, high back home and my feet.
