From WPW, who suggest that at this point (1985) Connie might have been the most muscular woman there was at the time. At 5"4' and about 160 it's hard to argue. She starts the vid with a 100+ kg bench press so obviously he muscles weren't just for show.

She's not ripped here, although her quads are still dramatic. When she got ripped, she was just freaky. I remember not being able to think straight the first time I saw this shot:
