She's finally shredding for her next comp (she mentions she'll compete in the Canadian Nationals on August, but that's too far ahead).
"Excited to be (two years ago-like) shredded but much bigger this year!"

While we search for her onstage routine, this is a sample of her at top shape (very reccomended video):

"As you can see, I’m quite a bit tighter here than I was onstage"

That full-on, closed fist, hardcore biceps flex at the end is untoppable.
