Awesome. I can't get enough of how muscular she has become. Even in her more "Fitness" and less "Buff" pictures, the change is fantastic.

"Don't get too big" "You look like a man" "Don't lose your feminine curves" When I started lifting a few years ago, I wanted to "tone up" and I was hesitant to pick up anything more than a 5lb dumbbell... After I got over that ridiculous fear, I welcomed muscle, embraced the changed, and packed on the booty! 🍑 I've never felt more "womanly" and curvaceous in my life. I went from pancake bootay to a little more something something. Lifting weights makes me too manly? HA! Kiss my "masculine" " @ss!

Apparently Aspen and her friend/coach Wendy Fortino were interviewed to potentially be on a future episode of Fear Factor. They didn't search for Fear Factor, Fear Factor contacted them personally. So, we just MIGHt see them on TV sometime next year!
