My name is Lotte Bendix. I was born in 1967 in Copenhagen, Denmark. I work as a site manager at a gas station in Norht Zealand and have 15 employees.
My interest for bodybuilding started in my early teens and I began lifting weights at the age of 16.
After a couple of year I started competing and in ‘89 I can in third in the Danish Championship.
I took a few years off from training, as I got my two beautiful daughters, Kamille 11 and Emma 8.
I never stoped dreamning about competing again, and a couple of years ago, when I met my husband, he convinced me that my age was no problem, - the best female bodybuilders are +35 years!!
Two years ago I set my goal for the Danish Championship 2006.
I work out 5-6 days a week and do cardio twize a week. I don’t have any favorit routines just love it all.

A typical day for me,- I get up at 5,30 , walk my dog (Border Collie called Pongo), prepare breakfast for me and the kids. Get them ready for school and make lunch for us all and remember to feed the two lazy cats. Then it is off to work and in the middle of the afternoon I go workout, back to work and I am home around 17,30 to spend time with my girls and my husband. Usually I crash on the sofa around 22. It is hard work but I love my liftstyle and the fact that I am fit even in the age of 38 and with two kids and a demanding job, and there is no time for any other hobbies than my bodybuilding.
I am dedicatet to my bodybuilding and am going to take it as far as I can with the great support from my husband and kids, who thinks that is cool to have a musclemom, and as my olders one day told me, “no matter if you win or loose, you will always be the worlds greatest mom” WOW,- one might think I payed her to say that :-) Those two girls are just my whole world.
