Pleasure Karharot, glad you enjoy.
Well, Shanique and Natalia both came up from Figure, Michelle came down from heavyweight FBB (Never mastered the downsizing art yet, really difficult for an FBB) . It is true that the bigger Physique athletes always struggle.
But the Physique women are still bigger now than Lightweight Amateur FBB's of Arnold 2011.
I think you are right, the women are not massive here, but Shanique would not have won an Arnold Physique a few years back, far too defined and muscular. Physique is a bit more muscular than figure, and I think that is what the IFBB want.   
I believe little by little, the Physique trend will be to get bigger, then we will have another rebalancing exercise, no doubt.

 I tend to agree . If you look at S. Grant  who won !  Her physique is just what Gina Davis said is wrong with some of the judging . It's all delts and NO arms . I think the size Yeon Woo had in the past is the correct size and ideal for Physique . A comparison pic
