I always find measurements difficult, because I am very bad at estimating sizes and distances.
However, you can assume Crissy and Liv to be at around 5'10", with Liv being a little taller. Moira is a tad shorter, clocking in at around 5'7".

As for muscles and breasts, I think they are still in physique competitor territory at this point.

Back home, she looked at herself in the mirror. The lips did look good. She thought of the two stupid goddesses in their tiny outfits, with their ridiculous make-up and their big, swollen tits and their strong muscles. Weird.
She pouted at the mirror. Her lips turned even plumper. She said:
"Hi! I'm like Moia and stuff. I got like totally big and fake lips!"
She stared at herself. The words hadn't come out too wrong. She went and got a big shirt from her wardrobe, slipped it over her head and took a towel. She squeezed into a roll and stuffed it under the shirt, making herself some makeshift giant tits. They looked rather odd and unrealistic.
"I got like totally huge boobs and stuff!"
She did a few mock flexes, which didn't result in much.
"I'm like so buff. Watch my big muscles and stuff."
The roll dropped out from under her shirt. She stood there, rather embarrassed.
This was clearly not her life.

At first, Moira didn't know what to do. Then, she called Chloe, La Bris' bouncer. Chloe was an archetypal butch dyke. Buzz cut, gym shoulders and a taste in clothes that would have made Sylvester Stallone look like a girl.
There was a grunt on the other side of the line.

When they saw Moira, they went into a frenzy of waving and kiss-throwing that almost made their outfits explode. She tried to calm them down, when Chloe showed up. She saw the girls and Moira could see she had instantly fallen in love. Moira felt a sting of jealousy. These girls' were supposed to be hers.
Liv almost shouted:
"We're like so thankful that you like had time for us and stuff. We like totally need to get all big and you like totally have to help us and stuff. We'll like be in your debt and ..."
"Calm down. Let's get inside and you show me what you got."
Chloe did what she could to sound professional.
When the girls sauntered into the training area in their tiny outfits, this time matching pink leotards with cutouts, Chloe almost choked. Crissy smiled and said:
"Do you like like them? Aren't they like the cutest, like totally?"

Once she recovered, Chloe examined their bodies, found them acceptable and more and said:
"Okay. Quite impressive. So, what do you want?"
Crissy replied immediately:

"Me too, like totally!" Liv had echoed her friend's wishes.
"We want like big arms with big bicepses and big shoulders and big thighs. Like big all over!"

She began to fussily stuff it back in. The leotard being rather skimpy, this turned out to be quite the procedure. Crissy started to help, her own big boobs interfering with their movements.
There was a lot of giggling and squealing until they were finally ready again.
Chloe turned to Moira and gave her a longing sigh. Wasn't that the best?

"So you want to get big."

Chloe nodded:
"The way I see it, you're really well-prepared. But if you want to get big fast, we're going to have to resort to supplements and ... other stuff. This might be dangerous."
"Like really, really dangerous?"
"If you don't follow my instructions ..."
"We like totally will, isn't that right, Liv?"
"Like totally. We're like the best at that."
"Yeah, remember when it like said 'shake before drinking' on that thing?"

"The boys loved it. The shaking was like the best."
Moira and Chloe decided not to ask.

The next weeks were insane. Moira would never have believed anybody if they told her about this. The two bimbos stuck to their workouts with absolute religious devotion. Every morning, they would appear at the gym. Chloe would inject them with all kinds of weird chemicals through the day and the pair would punish their bodies with grueling intensity. The torture was almost impossible to watch. They struggled with the massive weights they were moving now. Sometimes, they'd cry just to cope with the pain and frustration. They ate seven, even nine times a day. Watching their weirdly impassive faces as they pumped superhuman amounts of iron was unsettling. Moira caught herself wondering what it would be like to not be able to frown.
Still, Chloe was impressed. Her two students never missed a session. They stuck to the schedule and never complained. Even more, they asked for harder exercises:
"Chloe, you like totally have to give us like harder things to do and stuff!"
Liv was drenched in sweat after finishing her fifth set. Her muscular body was clearly tired, but her spirit was still up.
Next to her, Crissy was just squatting through her third set. Her legs were shaking, but she wouldn't yield. Her humongous tits mashed into her thighs and she stood back up, wincing. When she finally racked the weight, she sighed:
