I'd have figured she had the stuff to be one of the American Gladiators. She seemed to exude an angry vibe. Like she was someone dangerous.

Hey I wasn't trying to imply she was a bad person. I suppose the impression I got from how she was portrayed in Weider mags was that she was some sort of hulk. I suppose she just had a greater intensity than many of the ladies in the sport at the time.

The photographers portray them in that light depending on which audience they are targeting. If it is the athletes they will make them appear "tough." If it is something along the lines of Women's Physique World they will be presented in a more erotic manner to appeal to a male audience.
