Does she still lift? Any updates on her?
Last time I met her, she was still buff. She works with heavy equipment, so technically, she's lifting. She doesn't work out much though.
Her new bf is not really into the muscle worshipping stuff, so I guess she lost some motivation.
But she didn't lose much muscle either, from what I could tell.
She did flex her arms and they were still big.
