She really is whole package. Her butt is perfect, she looks (and is) really strong, her face is beautiful and cute at same time, just breathtaking Woman. A real Goddess.

Below, Hattie squats 308 lbs/140 kg at a body weight of 130 lbs/59 kg.

She has laid down some interesting info, directed at the women, but good for men to know, especially if your daughters/wives want to hit the weights.

Women are not small men! There is a 30% difference in Genome and HPA axis between men and women. Men cycle their hormones daily on a circadian rhythm. We cycle ours monthly. Men do not have mitochondria flexibility like females. Their micobriome is slightly different and are less insulin sensitive. Men have a Different cellular detoxification, different immune system, different mitochondria . Women have higher insulin sensitivity and flexibility of the mitochondria which is from our oestrogen based physiology and changes between stages of the menstrual cycle. (I will break this down in my next post) We can also tolerate higher volume and training frequency than men. Depending on what phase of our cycle we are in will also determine what type of training will be more beneficial for us in that time. The more I learn about women’s bodies and the different stages of our physiology, the more I am blown away with how amazing it is!!

Women’s periods are not a liability they are an asset. It takes 12 years for the HPO - (hypothalamus Pituitary Ovarian Axis) which is The communication between the brain with the ovaries to calibrate. The Pill, which is a synthetic steroid stops this communication. If you read my last two posts about the hormones we produce in our cycle, those hormones (and their amazing benefits) do not apply to you if you are on the pill. I ask myself why we were never educated about this growing up in high school . The first thing doctors put young girls on to clear up acne or period pain is the pill which completely blunts the hormonal cycle in which we are just starting to develop.

I remember when I was anorexic they put me on the pill to help me put weight on and “bring back” my period. It wasn’t a real period. They also told me I wouldn’t need to ovulate till I wanted to fall pregnant. Not only did I get rushed to hospital with multiple blood clots in my lungs and pelvis (17 to be exact) I didn’t fix the problem of being at a healthy weight and allowing my body to naturally produce it’s on hormones. A recent Danish study done with over 1.1million women linked all forms of the pill to anxiety and depression. (Will post a link to this study on my IG story) Makes sense, as progesterone - the hormone which we produce in the luteal phase (post ovulation) is highly influential on the brain and helps with mood, sleep, thyroid and to hold a pregnancy.

The pill also disrupts your gut microbiome, and increases oxidative stress on the body . For those of you coming off the pill, fixing your gut and improving your health will assist in This process. The great thing is that your body is an incredible machine and in time can re regulate itself. Ovulation is a sign of health. There are other forms of contraception which still allow you to ovulate and produce a natural cycle like the marina and copper IUD. Again I hope this information helps you think twice about what contraception you put yourself or your daughters on and why you are doing it.
