I can never figure out how a woman with thighs that big can make it all the way to the ground like that. I can understand if they are doing " a standard split" were the thighs are facing up. But when one thigh is facing down on a person doing splits with big quads like that, makes me look 2x. Makes my legs hurt too :-)

Mona is amazing! She did a complete 180 from her past lifestyle and became an avid fitness enthusiast. Now, she's more health conscious, athletic and fitter than ever. Not to mention, she was and still is a model. ;) She just took her lifestyle to a whole new level with bodybuilding. Mona is the REAL DEAL! Also, she recently dominated the 2010 London Championships in Canada.
