May not be the strongest, but pound for pound the strongest female Physique competitor in the world, is former Figure girl now dual athlete, IFBB Physique pro and pro powerlifter, Susan Salazar aka Super (emphasis on super) S2O. None like her. She's unreal!
I kept in contact with Sue in the past when she did Figure, but haven't reached out to her in years. She's very humble and real cool. A real kind person and funny as well.
She has some impressive videos on IG and YouTube. Not only are her strength feats impressive, but her endurance and stamina are off the charts. Her powerlifting and what she likes to call accessory work (training and maintaining body parts) sessions are crazy. She'll do an intense powerlifting session and then jump right into a workout routine for bi's, tri's, legs etc, depending on the day.
There's one video in particular where she deadlifts 365-430 lbs for max reps, with no gloves or wraps, just a belt, wrist straps and knee wraps, tears up her hands in the process, but fights through the pain with fingers cut and bloody to attempt a 430 lbs max rep. She losses her grip due to her hands being torn up. Nonetheless, she puts chalk on her hands, then jumps into an all out biceps and triceps routine. Crazy! Susan Salazar Breaks New Ground 1000 @ 123!

"Sue is now the only IFBB Pro who currently holds an All Time WR in Powerlifting. Sue totalled 1000 via 380/195/425."
Susan broke the WR Total by 54 lbs held by the sensational Caitlyn Trout and broke the WR Deadlift which has been held by one of history's greatest female lifters Vicky Steenrod!!!.

Susan Salazar goes 9/9 totaling 1096 lbs Raw at 125 lbs bodyweight at The LA Fit Expo’s USPA American Cup via 418 lb Squat, 220 lb Bench Press and 457 lb All Time World Record Deadlift giving her a 578 Wilks and earning her Best Lifter! Congratulations Sue and good luck in your prep to hit the IFBB PRO WPD stage in May.
The 418 was a new all time world record and the 457 deadlift broke the long standing record of Carrie Boudreau who in her time was regarded as the best female in world pound for pound. What an outstanding achievement!
