I had the honour of chatting with her & she clarified a few things. When training, as far as squats go she starts light with max reps. She does 10 reps 140kg squats, then 4 reps 180 kg & maxes out at 1 rep for 200kg squats!!! After that she does leg lifts. First using the tip of her feet to focus on her calves. 10 reps of 210 kg followed by regular leg presses 8 reps of 450kg!!
She is crazy strong! Am waiting for her to send me her 450 kg leg press pic but this is her training her calves with 210 kg:
