    Sadly I doubt they have the balls to ask u directly.  :D  Like I said before, juice or not is not the issue.  Even if one was to juice, it takes a lot of hard work to get the results.  Personally I love how you look so buffed even when you are relaxed and not flexing.



    And when you are training, damn!!  Your muscles just explode.  I used to think Rebekah Kresila had the best traps.  I guess we have a new winner!!

  • Sheikha training 8 weeks out from Olympia Asia in Oct 2017. Pity she pulled out due to illness. I bet she would have placed first easily!!



    This is 4 weeks out. Amazing shape!!

  • I had the honour of chatting with her & she clarified a few things. When training, as far as squats go she starts light with max reps. She does 10 reps 140kg squats, then 4 reps 180 kg & maxes out at 1 rep for 200kg squats!!! After that she does leg lifts. First using the tip of her feet to focus on her calves. 10 reps of 210 kg followed by regular leg presses 8 reps of 450kg!!

    She is crazy strong! Am waiting for her to send me her 450 kg leg press pic but this is her training her calves with 210 kg:
