Nice to see a decent amount of top names competing, but did Sheila need to?  Surely as she placed second at the Rising Phoenix last year, she would automatically qualify for this year's contest?  I ask, as its nigh on impossible to either maintain contest condition for over a month (and without health consequences at sucha a low bodyfat level) or go back to full training for two weeks then diet down for another 2-3 weeks and be in tip-top shape for the big contest?  It wasn't so bad when they had the Ms I in March and Ms O in Sept/Oct - it gave the athletes time to go back to a more 'off-season' training regime for a good 2-3 months or so and still have enough time for a 16 week dieting phase.  Perhaps this is something WoS/IFBB/the athletes and fans could discuss so that the 'Ms RP' qualifier contests are mainly in March and April, with maybe one or two at max in mid-to late August, given contestants a reasonable chance in holding on to their conditiong if they qualify for the big one in September.

Anyway, congrats to the top 3, who we'll hopefully see in the RP in September.  I'll make more comments about the placings when I've had a chance to look over the photos a bit more.  Thanks to those posting them BTW.

I think of all the WoS contests this one seems to be the most fairly judged.  The top placers were definitely the most muscular and we didn't see a competitor better suited to competing in physique win this one.

Winners shouldn't be solely based on who is the most muscular, otherwise Renee Toney would be winning every contest.  Sheila may have not been the most muscular but she was defined, muscular, and had excellent symmetry.
