Hello Everyone. I'm glad to have joined such an accredited site. My name is Tiffanie McCormick. I am 30 years old. And my goals right now are to become a professional bodybuilder. I am planning on entering a show next year hopefully. Right now my diet is to bulk up, so I am consuming at least 1800 calories of healthy food. I do have a cheat day of course but for the most part I try to abstain from eating unhealthy. My training right now is mostly core power lifting. I recently discovered my max weight on bench, squat, deadlift, bent over rows and incline bench. I am on a nine week program to try and get to my max weight with more reps.
I am also a full-time student at Mountain State University, and I'm majoring in Criminal Justice.
I am new to this profession but I am following in the footsteps of my mother, who was once a bodybuilder. Any advice or criticism will be greatly appreciated.
