I've been with Diana the Valkyrie for 5 years now, and consider it well worth the price of admission.  Great variety of content, frequent additions, and a fabulous archive of fbb.

MIstress Treasure's site has good videos with frequent updates and she offers 1 time fees for a month of service

Oh and I forgot fitvids.co.uk. Altough only female-bodyuilders.org has a members area, the other two are pay / video, and quite expensive at that.
