    I see big improvement in arm development, but her legs need working on.

  • I'm loving her off-season look, but I disagree with elma - her arms really haven't improved noticeably over the off-season.  If you compare her double biceps pics over the past 6 months, they're pretty much the same.  Any extra arm size she has now is just fat/water.  The more noteworthy thing is the increase in lat thickness.  That is actually an improvement on last year, and I reckon we're going to see more thickness in her chest too. 

    She might need a bit more leg size, though we know that her leg conditioning is outstanding in competition shape

  • The thing I like about Michaela is that with alot of other girls you see mostly pics of them modeling or socializing, but with her we see alot of pics of her working out or at the gym which tells me see puts alot of work into her body and it shows as you see her progress
