    thought I would give you all an update on my current lifts...I dont tend to low reps so these are all for a min of 10 reps and my current bodyweight is 58kg at 5ft 7 tall.

    Deadlift 100kg
    Back squat 232.5kg
    Bench 60kg
    Clean and Press 35kg
