Thanks lanky and lovesmuscles. I work my calves hard cause they respond well to heavy volumes and pumpings, above all regarding shape more than mass. Some times I couldn't walk for a day but hey, it's worth it!

Well Bob I'm now considering to open a site with pics and videos....both free and paying. Also considering to take lessons and then doing muscle worship and wrestling sessions in my zone. i hope we will be able to open site within 4-5 months...stay tuned.

@chemdude: thanks to you too...I'm thinking about videos to charge on website right now, anyway all you told about will be shooted (this morning i tried to bounce my pecs, even if I've no huge boobs  ). About my biceps: I always felt them poor in front of my legs...toned, good shaped but nothing more (there is somewhere in this post a unique image of me flexing my little biceps in a orange sundress. I used to be like that only 10 months ago...). I was shamed to show them. In the last 4-5 months i did a specific training to grow muscles focused on biceps, and now they are good, dense, round and quite big...i would like some more mass on them but perhaps i'm only bigorexic . So I will shoot them more often...and I will post here some previews even when the site will be online...
