This amazes me how much Cory and Lenda would lift in their prime.  This is a heavy dumbbell to curl 55lbs. Man I got to get to the gym, these ladies make me feel weak!  Anyone else amazed by this amount of weight she is using?

Yes it is posing with the weight for a photo shoot. 
Did same for the camera.  Not easy to hold heavyer weights than nornaly lift,  smile for the cam and make it look easy.

Cory was certainly a classic all the way. How I miss the 1980's FBB before the steroids ruined it.

Yes.   I guess we ARE old.  Times change along with standards.  We're trapped in an 80s time warp I guess.
    I would assume a good % of the gals that started in the 80's and went on in competition got caught up in the changes that engulfed FBB in one way or another,whether it be plastic surgery to include breast and face as well as stronger supplements.  It's "as if" bodybuilding consumed them.  For many, a price was paid: broken relationships being close to the top of the list.  That said, there was a ton of money to be made by a few of the elite...like Cory.   ...and one hell of a legacy, one that goes down in history and will remain long after they depart this earthly abode.    I admire what Cory did for the sport of FBB and as well the muscular beauty she became.
