One of the most frequent questions I'm asked... . Q. How long have you been training/competing for? . A. Just under 4 YEARS... 4 years ago I was a skinny mini. A few sh*t things happened which flipped the world I knew entirely upside down. Training became my soul entity to maintain my sanity. Training was my physical and mental outlet. I started... and simply never stopped. 5-6 days a week.. in a relentless pursuit for more. I have since competed across 4 seasons.. I've stood on stage in 8 shows, starting out as a tiny framed first timer fitness model. Every prep into a show is different. Every stage presence has you take something away from it.. the experience leaves you with a hunger to be more, a hunger to improve and be better than the last time. Its addictive. Its beautifully terrifying. Brutally challenging...And I hate to love it. . . .

"Three and a half years has seen me enter and compete in three different seasons of bodybuilding competitions in all categories, from angels, fitness model and most recently as a figure competitor. The idealistic perfect progression. I was lucky enough to place top 5 in every division I’ve ever entered. Always wanting to better myself. Always wanting to improve. During my most recent season I competed in 5 different shows over a span of 7 weeks, traveling to the Australian Nationals in Sydney and earning my pro card as Ms Figure Overall Australian Champion. I went on to place 3rd in my first international Pro show."
