Hey Everyone!
                      As many of you will know I am currently working with the biggest Radio station in Zurich, whipping their top DJ into shape and providing free training programs for the listeners to download and follow along!  :)

Hi Rob...

             Thank you for the Birthday wishes!

I'm honestly not sure about who I find physically motivational, there are girls whose body's I think look great, Larissa, Oksana, Lisa Carrodous, Dina Al Sabah etc

But the issue being that I'm far taller, somehow a frame size or 2 bigger than them all, so my real motivation is to create a perfectly balanced/symmetrical full and muscular body on my 180cm Frame.

I'm also training without the use of any hormones, to prove that through increasing my strength dramatically, my muscular development will improve as a type of side effect of becoming stronger!

You also have to be very critical with yourself when you look at physiques, there are some girls with phenomenal bodies, yet they may not have the sex appeal of a Larissa Reis type, and therefore they don't get the acknowledgement that they deserve... Make sure you know what you're judging.

do you usually train with low amount of sets (2-3), and what is the rep range and weights you`re using ?
( i am asking because i am ectomorph and low sets and reps are good option for me)
how many times a week you train and what is your split ?
can you tell some more of your tipical chest and arms workout ?
