Motivation is a funny thing. It's so easy to lose but just as easy to find. I'm currently laying in bed 7 months pregnant battling day 4 of the flu and just trying to plan and motivate myself to have a routine ready for when the baby comes. I am so ready to be back on stage , be back to fitness modeling and be back to a lifestyle that I am comfortable in . Although having a baby in the mix will definitely make things a challenge, it's not impossible and I just have to keep reflecting on the past for motivational cues and preparing for the future. . . .

If you think about it, physique is just lightweight bodybuilding. It's just muscularity at different levels. The physique athletes now are probably bigger than the female bodybuilders of the 1980s.

25 days postpartum.
